Our Immune System Boost Package uses a naturopathic approach to improve your resistance to disease, to rejuvenate the body from sickness, sluggishness and colds, to boost the lymphatic defence system that fights infection, and to rebalance the body. This is achieved after a personalised consultation with Steve and can include with the use of exfoliation, ear candling, a range of massages, reflexology, aromatic complex herbal remedy oils, wraps, and nutrients in food, drink and supplements. You may also want to take home our natural herbal remedy detox patches and vitamin, mineral and trace element supplements.

The immune system boost holistic treatment package offers you:
- Full Body Scrub or Kizhi - to exfoliate the skin which opens up the pores, allowing glands to remove sweat and toxins through the skin
- Massage - A one hour rehydrating Aromatherapy massage can boost lymphocyte T-Cell numbers, key cells in the immune system, by approximately 20%
- InfraRed Sauna Blanket Cocoon - stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic flow, and intensively detoxifies.
- Lymphatic Drainage Massage and/or Indian Head Massage - to focus on the main lymphatic area from the head to the armpits to improve lymph fluid flow to nodes where bacteria and waste are borken down
