Getting here...

Down the steps to Al CovoCome down steps marked 'al Covo' to my private black entrance door underneath the main grey entrance door to 7 Cranbury Place, SO14 0LG.

The suite is 7 doors down from the top dead end of Cranbury Place on the left hand side. Beware of going to No 7 Cranbury Terrace, which you will see first from the main road, on your right hand side of the street. Cranbury Terrace addresses are on the right side, and Cranbury Place addresses are on the left as you come from the A335.

There is 2 hours free parking on the right hand side of the street for non-permit holders. The left side is for permit holders only 8am to 6pm. I can give you a car permit at the door for treatment and training sessions over 2 hours. If the right hand side is busy, please wait a few minutes, as there is a good chance one of the parked cars will leave. Alternatively there is two hours free parking in Cranbury Avenue and Denzil Avenue, which are directly opposite on the main road as you exit Cranbury Place and Cranbury Terrace. The 3 nearest paid car parks are College Place (1 minute walk), Ordnance Road (1 min walk), Kings Park Road (5 mins walk), Bedford Place (5 mins walk) and Charlotte Place/Jurys Inn (5 mins walk).

The suite is located in the Inner Avenue, very close to Bevois Valley, the Royal South Hampshire Hospital, London Road and Bedford Place shops and bars. It is 10 minutes walk to the award winning SSSI Southampton Common, Southampton's Grade 2 listed Central Parks, and the Arts and Cultural Quarter. It is 15 minutes walk to Southampton Central train station, Novotel and the city's main West Quay Shopping, Cinema, Bowls and Restaurant Complex.
