Individual or blended, these oils are used to reduce stress, indigestion, insomnia, pain, overworked muscles, cellulite, infections, allergies, and skin problems, and to improve thoughtfulness, clarity, inspiration, confidence, and the immune system. Essential oils have been used in aromatherapy for many years. The possibilities are endless!

al Covo's range of organic and non-organic essential oils include lavender, lemon, clove, palmarosa, rosemary, geranium, peppermint, cypress, eucalyptus, thyme, grapefruit, teatree, mandarin, ginger, chamomile, ylang ylang, plus many more! You receive a gentle massage using a tried and tested blend. Together we choose the oils that are best suited to your needs during the consultation. For example, a Hydrating blend of Frankincense, Black Pepper, Orange, Sandalwood and Pomegranate, or a Detoxifying mix of Black Pepper, Fennel, Juniper, Eucalyptus and Pomegranate, or an Exotic mix of Ginger, Fennel, Vetiver, and Clove...the smells are divine! Massage Oil Blends, Essential Oils and Base Oils are also available to buy.

I admit initially I was surprised and nervous about seeing a male therapist. But you smiled, made me relaxed and we agreed the treatment plan. It was totally relaxing and absolute ecstasy – the most heavenly massage ever!!
