SWEDISH MASSAGE AND DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

A hands-on relaxing Swedish Massage or deep tissue massage using a choice of organic base oils such as sesame, grapeseed, sweet almond or peach kernel, a body cream or body talc. Steve is qualified at VTCT Level 3 Swedish Massage.

Massage helps to release muscular tension and stimulates blood flow and lymphatic system, increases muscle tone, detoxifies acid waste in tissue, relaxes the nerves, assists in oxygenating tissues, improves skin tone, warms the body, and soothes the psyche. Base Oils are also available to buy.

Thank you Steve for a fantastic massage, you were excellent you made me feel so relaxed I could have fallen into a deep sleep. My aching shoulder is so much better now without the need to be pulled about by a chiropractor.
