SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports Massage is commonly used for professional and amateur athletes and
activity enthusiasts. It is used before training/events, during exercise, and/or
after exercise. It can quickly warm muscles for action, improve performance, prevent injuries, strengthen and stretch muscles, help
flexibility, reduce muscular aches and pains, and aid recovery of muscular fatigue
and the quick removal of toxins after activity.
The massage may be deep to
reach fibrous adhesions or scar tissue. Steve may use his hands, elbows,
knuckles, and forearms and may kneel on you or the couch to draw you into
certain positions to stretch and mobilise the joints.
Regularly playing hockey, I need massage at my age to recover! I've
also recommended Steve to my daughters to improve their ballet peformance.
