REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a powerful therapy that has earned many accolades throughout its
history. It stimulates the body’s own healing process and helps the body return to a state of balance and well being. It works on the principle
that the body’s systems are linked through nerves that can be accessed on the
feet. The application of pressure to the reflex points on the feet helps to stimulate and balance the body organs and
energy flow. Steve is VTCT Level 3 Reflexologist.
