LA PALMERAIE REJUVENATING MASSAGE

A full body massage from head to toe, designed to ease aches and pains, which comes from the tropical island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean. Relax with the thoughts of chirping colourful birds, the sounds of the ocean, swaying palm leaves, and a vanilla rum on the side.

The herbal oil, Navratna, is a blend of spiced ginger lily, vetivert, jequirity, camphor, thyme, rosemary, musk mellow, menthol, ylang ylang, and amla, with a sesame oil base. It is ideal for warming the skin and drawing out aches and pains.

Gentle forearm, knuckles, heel of the hand and palmal movements move along the feet, legs, back, arms and hands, abdomen, chest and neck and shoulders. The classic Palmeraie also includes a hair scalp and face massage to complete the head to toe treatment. If however you don't wish oil on your hair and face, this can be omitted.

A very pleasant full body massage and I loved the scalp treatment.
