JAPANESE HAND MASSAGE
A Japanese Hand Massage is a unique blend of shiatsu and reflexology.
Shiatsu is a
traditional Japanese healing art. The philosophy underlying Shiatsu is that
vital energy (Ki) flows throughout the body in a
series of channels called meridians. Shiatsu uses gentle holding and pressing with palms, thumbs
and fingers to affect the flow of Ki in the
meridians. The concept of reflexology is that
all parts of the body and energy flow can be
influenced through the hands. A good Japanese Hand Massage will help tremendously to de-stress you, open energy
channels and create a feeling of well being throughout the body.
