Hot Stone Massage is a massage not only with the therapist's hands, but also with heated smooth stones of varying sizes over the body. The hot stones relax the muscles quickly, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth, together with a connection with nature.

A blend of organic essential oil is applied to your body prior to massage. Steve will massage a part of your body using the stones as natural extensions to his hands. Simultaneously, placement stones will warm other areas of your body that are soon to be treated.

I always thought stones were placed down your spine and that was it - from the photos in the health magazines. But this was so much better than that! The warmth flows in and around your body as the stones are moved over your skin.
